What does Paroute do for you?

Plan

Based on the demand for your products or services, Paroute suggests the most efficient way to make your deliveries. It considers distance restrictions, time windows for receiving goods, vehicle capacity in pieces, volume or weight, customer priorities, vehicle cost restrictions, traffic, and unauthorized avenues. The tool can process thousands of orders in minutes and can be updated at any time as needed. It is developed in-house and adapts to the customer.

Measure

Once the process is complete, you can measure efficiency through the Paroute Web commercial module. It allows you to digitally visualize deliveries, obtain logistics costs for making deliveries, measure delivery volume by site and customer, measure sales and customer size. You can also recreate any delivery to analyze in detail the delivery time, kilometers and travel times, electronic signature, and customer satisfaction.

Execute

Once you have planned your delivery logistics, send routes to your vehicles to execute the plan properly. In the App, routes are received, and points are confirmed one by one, meaning one cannot be covered without meeting the previous one. The driver must make the delivery, and the customer electronically signs the receipt. The customer receives notification via SMS, email, and cell phone at three points: 1. On the day of delivery: they are notified of the delivery window time. 2. When their order is dispatched for delivery: they are notified with a link to track if they wish. 3. Once the delivery is completed: they receive notification of the delivery and a satisfaction survey (optional).
